About this property

Build on the river side of Bertram's newest Hill Country community. Lots 16 and 17 on proposed Stockyard Road are side-by-side homesites of 2.06 acres each, offered at the same price on the south side of San Gabriel Springs toward the San Gabriel River. Take one, or put both together for more than four acres. San Gabriel Springs is a boutique community of just 72 homesites of 2+ acres, planned around preserved live oaks, a spring-fed pond, park, and a walking trail to the river. Plans include two gated entries and exits, HOA-maintained private streets, and design standards that keep the Hill Country setting intact. Only 10 homesites will be pre-sold before the public release. Founders choose first, and once 10 are sold, that window closes. Bring your own builder. Bertram ETJ, Burnet CISD, about 5 minutes to downtown Bertram.
