From base camp there is an easy walk to a cave big enough to stand up in with several drop-down caverns that could be opened up for further exploration. From there the land cascades into a massive canyon replete with a wet weather creek and at least one spring that appears to be permanent, furnishing the wildlife, (including white tail, aoudad, wild hogs and turkey) with plenty of water.
