The Three Star Ranch is the perfect family ranch! Located in the YO Ranchlands gated community, it includes +/-155 acres and is a true Hill Country Gem. One that serves the house and one that supplements the pond at the northwest corner of the ranch. The ranch is wildlife exempt through the YO Ranchlands CO-OP wildlife valuation plan. The YO Ranchlands community is monitored by a YO Security Marshall and has an integrated gate locking system providing further protection and peace of mind for all ranch owners.
