Absolutely beautiful views from this front porch! This little ranch has a beautiful hill and great little cabin with a covered front porch overlooking the hill country and a firepit for the s'mores and the starry fun filled nights. Hunting has always been surprisingly good here, with good 8 to 11 point bucks, from this present owner and back to several years ago. It has been referred to "Buck Haven" in the past. The cabin is cute as it can be with one large room containing a small kitchenette, living area and bedroom area and a large pane window overlooking the front porch and the beautiful view. Complete with a stock tank that holds water some, but could use some work, and has a small set of holding pens for livestock. Corix water and Hamilton County Electric, and a septic for the utilities. Also, for consideration the seller has a 2018 Jayco travel trailer for extra sleepovers and a Polaris 570 for lots of fun recreation on the ranch!
