There is also space (all dirt, nothing paved or graveled) for parking vehicles on the left side nothing is paved or graveled. E Spanish road is maintained by the HOA. Views on Nine Point Mesa and the tops of the Santiago Mountains. Terlingua is about 5 miles south of the land. There's a small burro store, a grocery store, gas station, Dollar General and a few restaurants.
