Each Archway detailed were originally large windows. They were removed approximately in the seventies. Five of the windows that were brought back are windstorm rated. Balance of arches were repurposed to give a shutter appearance. A new entry was added under yellow canopy. Columns sandblasted to remove as much paint as possible to bring back brick look.

Sidewalk was acid-stained to give this checkerboard appearance.
It is believed that original purpose for first floor was for a car dealership back in the 40's. The rear elevation appeared to have multiple overhead doors. One overhead door (wind rated) was brought back smaller in size.

Shiplap was harvested from apartment units above. to make a wainscot detail on first floor. While harvesting shiplap boards, it was discovered what appeared to be recycled billboards and they were repurposed them as accent details.

Two bathrooms existed behind these walls. One bathroom was eliminated and converted to storage. Reverting back to having a second bathroom would not be difficult. Currently, one ada bathroom exist. Entry under canpoy.
